"The lights were very cheap quality and I am going to send them back. They charged a HUGE shipping fee as well, very dissappointing. They require big batteries not the usual double or triple A so not only is the quality terrible they would be very expensive to operate."

"Ordered from this company and never got my order, a month later I got an e-mail notifying me it was shipped back to them. I was never notified of my order status and basically paid $15 dollars shipping and handling for something I never got. Thanks for nothing."

"I only buy my lights from two vendors. This is one of those two. Can't beat the quality or the price for that quality. I have over 20K lights for my display, and it keeps growing every year."

"The process of placing an order, receiving it and then essentially returning it was very easy.
The only reason I returned the product that I bought was the lights did not look purple enough for me. I live in Baltimore and my Ravens are in the Super Bowl (#47) Yeah!! and I wanted to decorate my window to show my purple spirit.
So as a whole, your company is awesome. No problems at all, I just wanted lights that looked a bit more purple!! You have gained a customer!!"

"The twinkling lights arrived in perfect working condition to replace my 6-year-old string (purchased elsewhere) that's half burnt out. The old string has twinklers every 4th bulb; these new strings have every 5th bulb twinkle. Be aware that that is only 20 twinklers per string of 100 lights."

"The lights arrived very quickly and each strand worked perfectly.
My only disappointment was in the color. I chose your company because I wanted purple lights. When lit these were more hot pink to red. They still looked great but I expected them to be bluer...more purple and not so red. I would recommend adjusting the color so that it reads more purple when lit.
I would still tell anyone looking for lights to go to you."

"Excellent light strings. The 25 foot strings screw connect rather than plug connect, so they exclude water and don't disconnect. Their LED lights, while using far less wattage (30 watts for 300 bulbs rather than 1500 watts) are bright enough, though probably not as bright as standard incandescent Christmas lights. Using a 16 foot pole attached to a "gutter sense" gutter cleaner, I wrapped 300 feet of these lights 20 feet up a tree. Christmas Lights Etc carries lights superior to the local brick-and-mortar discount store."

"I ordered the tree after Christmas so I have not fully assembled it. It was delivered within a few days using regular shipping. I did pull out the tree, it looks very nice and the sections are marked. It also had more lights than others I looked at of this size."

"I was terribly disappointed by the tree that I received. It looked nothing like the tree in the picture on the site. From the tree stand to the length of the branches - it was totally different. Although I received free shipping to get it, and it came quickly, I had to pay 48.00 to send it back. "

"We purchased net Christmas lighting for our shrubs out front. We purchased these during the online sale after the holidays, so aside from checking the bulbs to make they work, we haven't used them yet. We hope the LED nets are much easier to set up come next holiday season."

"Very pleased to find twinkle lights; they are my favorite and hard to find these days. Prices were very reasonable. A little disappointed that the more unusual colors (purple, teal, clear) only come in sets of 25--that's a lot of purple twinkle lights! -- but since I was buying for my indoor tree, I really wanted the variety of traditional colors, so I am satisfied. They came really quickly, too. I am also pleased to find replacement strings that don't have any bulbs included, so I don't have to take a type of bulb I'm not interested in to get a replacement string. I'll definitely be back next year, and will recommend to friends."

"This was a birthday gift for my grandson. I ordered it on a Monday, knowing that I might not have it in time for his birthday, 8 days later. But to my surprize, the package was delivered to me before the week's end! I intend on keeping this website available during the year for other special effects lighting we might need - and definitely for next Christmas season! Thank you for your very speedy service, and BTW, my grandson LOVED the blue lights!"

"We are very pleased with the lights and starlight spheres we recently purchased for our backyard trees. We put the white lights on an ornamental bird cage--we call that our galaxy. We hung the red, green, and white spheres around the larger clear mega sphere, and we call this array our solar system.

We were also delighted with the turnaround time for our orders. Each order took only one day, which astounded us. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and quality of your merchandise. We couldn't be happier!
