As they were sent 1st class I was a little worried when they had not arrived by Fri. E-mailing Chillout games I was impressed with their quick response and the knowledge they had - they told me when they would be able to report the parcel lost to Royal Mail and what I could do until then. This was all phrased in a friendly manner. The parcel \u0027arrived\u0027 Friday afternoon - though I was unaware as I was at work. I collected it Saturday & the posting date on the stamp matched the dispatch date I was given.<br>Despite Royal Mails delay, I have found Chillout Games to be friendly & professional - with what would have been a very quick delivery (without the Royal Mail strike backlog).
