I purchased a rental for way cheaper than retail for this semester at college and a couple days later they sent me a 10% off coupon they gave at random to people who have used them for a while. I spoke to their live chat agent and they immediately applied that 10% to my order, when I\u0027ve already received the books. I ordered a book for school and when the date it was supposed to be delivered, I received an email saying that it had been returned and that I would be receiving a refund. I thought it was a minor mistake so I tried to order the same book again, now for a few more dollars than before. The same thing happened again! And to top it off, I haven\u0027t received my refund. I\u0027ve been having issues with a book buyback. While it\u0027s a bit frustrating, their customer service has been great. I tried calling and was on hold for almost 15 min before I gave up and tried the chat which I\u0027ve used before, it can have a wait, but they give you a estimated wait time. Another time I wanted to rent books for a summer class and the due date was a few days before my final. I did a chat with customer service and they happily extended the date at no charge to give me time to send the books back. This is the fourth semester I\u0027ve used Chegg and will continue through my masters program.<br><br>The only reason I don\u0027t rate customer service as 5 stars is the long wait time to speak with a live person.
