We have investigated this issue. Our records indicate you placed your order on 8/22/2011 and contacted us two months later, on 10/21/2011 to request a refund. Our customer support team issued you an RMA number to return the merchandise back to us at your request.
Our records also indicate you stated you shipped it via US mail but have no record of the transaction. To date, we have not received the merchandise you returned. Hence we have not been able to issue you a refund. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can investigate this further for you.
To expedite this process, please have your order number and the tracking number associated with the item you returned to us.

That said, we certainly do not create or falsify reviews here or anywhere else for that matter. To gather reviews on Reseller Ratings, we have a link to resellerratings.com in every one of our order confirmations and ask our customers to review their experience. When a customer clicks the link, they go to resellerratings.com and have the opportunity to sign up to review us. The customer is then sent a one-time email after 14 days (allows them time to receive the unit, set it up, and play with it a couple days) with a brief survey to rate us on resellerratings.com. We have been reviewed by a range of customers – from first time reviewers on Reseller Ratings, to a “Top Reviewer,” and in every case we respond to that reviewer’s praise or criticism. In an effort to be completely transparent - we are aware of just one review from a vendor we work with - they have bought multiple units from us.
We might not be able to convince you that or reviews are legit, but perhaps with this and the other ratings below, you can convince yourself and would consider modifying your position here.
