reply posted Jan-03-2013 “Every printer prints the checks differently, as the settings are different, however we are able to guide you through how to align it with Quickbooks.
Simply open QuickBooks Click on FILE menu, PRINTER SETUP, form name CHECK/PAYCHECK on the very right side choose ALIGN from the 5 icons and try to adjust according to checks, HORIZANTAL OR VERTICAL. Click on print sample to view actual adjustments.
