I made the decision based on reviews on Rick Steves and Yelp (10% discount applies if you mention them.)They also don\u0027t have any complaints from the BBB. I did not want an Estonian number and the other rival companies look like the call plans per minute were a lot more expensive because they charge for incoming calls as well as outgoing calls. Although the competitors phones may be cheaper-I think the call charges will add up to a significant amount. The phone came quickly with instructions. I haven\u0027t used it yet but got my US and UK numbers, so I can give them out before my trip. I do not think I will mind the \u0022call-back\u0022 feature because there is no pin# to use or complicated system. Customer service was nice and answered all my questions (they do close early on Fridays EST.)I spoke to Abie several times and he was great! I got a new quad-band (locked) with a $30 credit on it. "It was easy to schedule our phone online, and it arrived in plenty of time for our trip to the UK. I made an error in the initial order, and called the 800 number, and a customer service worker immediately took care of it.
The phone worked just fine in the UK. We didn't need to use it very much, but it was peace of mind to have it available.
The page of instructions about how to call within and outside the UK were not at all clear. Somebody ought to re-do that so that it makes sense to novice travelers."
