"It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the item I ordered that should have arrived in 5-7 business days. You cannot get them on the phone and I have written to them twice without response! TERRIBLE customer service!Other review sites give them 1 star and awful reviews so I'm pretty sure that all of their positive reviews on here are written by them. "
"First off i can not get any one on the phone . I have tried calling 5 time this week never talked to a real person . On hold 10-15 min . I have also have E mailed them 2 with no response. I my self should have checked this site out before I placed a order. Its not a lot of money out of pocket if I do not receive it but it is my money (or was). "Well, I finally received my order in perfect condition. I think it's sad that we have to go out of our own country to purchase affordable products. I bought a cable here at Walmart (a generic brand) and paid $10. where with cellphoneshop.net it only cost $2.49. If we in the U.S. could purchase our own goods more reasonably from these huge conglomerates, we could shop in our own country. The purchase did come from Hong Kong, with a return address in Switzerland. I wonder how much these cables actually cost to make? so sad. "
"Horrible service. They ship their merchandise from overseas to the U.S. and it takes forever and they don't provide any tracking numbers. I finally gave up waiting for the Bluetooth earpiece I ordered and asked for a refund."
"I am VERY disappointed with cellphoneshop.net!!! I have placed many orders with them over the past year and never had an issue. Now, sadly, I am experiencing the very same thing as all these other reviewers!! Placed an order for cell phone batteries on Dec 3rd, for a xmas gift, and have yet to receive them!! I sent an email last week, no reply!! Today I called their customer service number, waited for 21 minutes to hear the same scripted BS that everyone else seems to have had the displeasure of experiencing!!! 'My issue is being escalated to the billing department and I will receive an email by Wednesday'. I'm holding my breath on that one!!!What's worse is that I work customer service for a major cell phone service provider and I have recommended them to customers!!!! Never again!! Shop Amazon, at least they care about their customers!!!!"
"Bought something on Dec 4th and after many times of calling, on Dec 27th I was told that the battery that I had purchased somehow got lost on the way!!! So I'm waiting for a full refund as they promised. Hope this one goes well at least."
"I ordered a cell phone battery on December 5th, 2012. It supposedly shipped on December 6th. When I e-mailed them after the ten day business period saying I never received the item they sent a reply e-mail stating it may have been delayed due to out of country shipping (I was never told they were shipping the item from out of the country). It is now December 27th, and they have supposedly re-shipped the item though I doubt it will even come and I will probably have to refute the claim with my bank and debit card now."

"Had previously been satisfied customer, but the last order I actually received was for an ipad charger and cables, and they did not work. Since they were cheap, I wrote it off and purchased a charger locally for more money that works just fine. I ordered a bluetooth speaker on November 28, and they sent me an email that it was shipped on November 30 by USPS. It is not December 26, and still no speaker. I sent them a email explaining my problem, and they responded with a question. "Are you saying you never received the speaker?". I was explicit in my original email that I had not received the speaker, and wanted them to reship. I am going to pursue a refund from Paypal, and will never do business with CellPhoneShop again, they are not a reliable or honest company. Buyer beware."
"I wish I'd read these reviews before buying from these crooks. I ordered December first, was promised 10 day delivery, and here we are 26 days later with nothing. I called them a week ago and was told it was shipped from Hong Kong and that the US Mail had told them mail was very slow from there right now. Funny, because my order confirmation implied it was shipped FedEx. I'm on hold waiting for them to pick up right now and it's been almost ten minutes of the same awful tune.At 11 minutes "Anna" from India picked up and I informed her I wanted to cancel the order. She said would inform the back office and that I should see a refund confirmation email tomorrow. We'll see - I'm not holding my breath."
"My boyfriend ordered a cell phone from this company on november 29th 2012. He has not received his phone, and they have already taken the money out of his account. He talked to someone one time at the beginning of the month and they would not tell him much, and now they will not answer their phone. Sounds like me a scam artist. We have tried calling and no answere and I sent a messgae to them today. I gave them a chance to contact us back by Dec. 26th 2012, or I am calling the authorities. I would not purchase anything from this company!"

"I ordered a cell phone charger on December 10, 2012. As of December 19, the order had not even been processed, much less sent. If you want customer service, you have to go through India, and are put on hold for 10-15 minutes. The operator in ndia can no more than send an emal on your behalf. I don't kow how these peopole stay in business, and I hope they won't for long. My advice, have NOTHING to do with this company unless ou want to be kerked around."
"This place sucks. No question about it. They don't sell on eBay or else the number of negative feedbacks would be through the roof.My story is simple. Ordered a part for a phone on November 29th to connect my phone to HDMI. What showed up Dec 7th from Hong Kong was a tiny USB male/female adapter, a completely useless piece for any phone.When I tried calling them, the lady had to relay the information to Hong Kong, and I would only get emails past midnight. They asked me to send them pics of what I received, and weren't sure what I ordered or what I wanted. I sent them back pics, and links to other sites where I could have AND SHOULD HAVE bought the item. It's been another ten days with nothing back. No tracking number. Do yourself a favor. Don't order from them. "
