I have placed more than ten orders for at least 50 items over the years. Every order was fulfilled and only one item was defective, a $2 car mount for a Nokia cellphone. I threw it away without caring since I had saved at least $50 on the batteries I had ordered with it for two cellphones. The shipments have always come from Hong Kong and items are often packed in \u0022white\u0022 boxes, meaning that you are not receiving the original packaging. Again, I don\u0027t care if the packaging is a white box when I am getting a $100 Jabra Icon Bluetooth for $25. I have recommended cellphoneshop.net to all my friends and family. I have never received a negative word from any of them and they have all taken advantage of their selection and great prices. I get their coupons almost every month saving me shipping costs or 10-20% off my order, saving me even more money. Long story short, I placed an order 11\/7 for two cell phone batteries and received an email that it shipped 11\/8. The website states that orders delivered by USPS will arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Not counting the 11th and 27th as holidays, today will be 14 business days, and still no order. They have responded to every email I have sent to them, but it seems like they keep putting me off. I just sent them another email to request a refund, we\u0027ll see what happens. Firstly, their online interface was well below what you would expect, they were custom skins, but very simple with our company logo and a web address - there was no preview when creating the skin which I thouht was a little strange. But they do ask for an email address to confirm your order. I entered my email address with an explicit note saying, please contact me with a preview before you place the order. I also asked (because it doenst not tell you before you order) how long it would take for delivery and not to place the order if I could not take delivery within 5 days.<br><br>Needless to say I got an automated response informing me of a 7 - 10 day wait and that my item had shipped. So clearly no-one reviewed my order. If you have a \u0022notes\u0022 section in your order, it is only fair that it is actually taken into account. If computers ar putting through all the orders then information should be made available.<br><br>It\u0027s my last time shopping with them, customer service was terrible, unhelpful and rude. I ordered a holster for my phone and it is now 30 days today and it still has not showed up. All they keep saying is give it a few more days. I also purchased a replacement battery. The battery they sent was also defective. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for the replacement batter and it still has not shown up. I have emailed them to tell them to give me back the money and they only respond by asking if I want them to reorder everything. Looks like they outsource the customer service to India or nearby. When i call these ididots all they say is they will escalate my request. No one ever gets back to you. And to make matters worse, you will be on hold for more then 15-20 minutes to get some ididot on the phone with a strong accent who doesnt know what they are doing.
