If an order is placed just after confirming over the phone with us, the items should be 100% available. We have absolutely no intention of performing a "bait and switch" and will, when it is reasonable, even offer a slightly superior alternative at no additional cost to you if something like this happens.”

I ordered a PC on Sunday after speaking to a person in the store who confirmed that the PC was in stock. I even paid extra for 2 day air shipping. Figuring that it would ship on Monday, I expected to receive it on Wednesday. The PC did not arrive. On Thursday, I got a call telling me that the PC was out of stock. I saw eight comparable PCs on their website. The person claimed that the only one in stock had a much smaller hard drive, which they wanted to substitute for the one I ordered. I totally feel that they tried a bait-and-switch scheme.
