"DO NOT PATRONIZE. Item (computer docking station) was sold in locked condition, without a key. The listing did show that there would not be a key, but not that the unit would be shipped locked, and therefore unusable. CedarPC refused to take it back. They sold an unusable product that should have been discarded for recycling rather than sold as if it was of value."

"We bought a HPTouchsmart pc from them. It took two hours for them to connect to their own internet (wirelessly) to show that the camera works. I should have known what I am getting into. Within three days we got a blue screen of death with Driver_IRQ_less than error. Took it to them after a week they say it is due to some software issue and so not covered under warranty and they can reinstall the OS for 100 bucks. What a joke?. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS."
"I got myself a nice looking XPS M1710 the same day the video card died on me took it back to get fixed then got it back 9 days later it happened again so I took it back wishing to trade they said sure but were have to charge you a restock fee, on the receipt it says they dont charge on non-defective products which they did to me thats 82.50 I dont have back to me!! I say dont bother they just want your money for bad products and when you take it back they dont even want to help out I have a few years of computer tech experience and I know a defective item when I see it.Policy stated on receipt:30 day warranty from us on all parts and systems unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. 15% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective merchandise. Non-refundable after 14 days of purchase date. Warranty does not apply to physical damage of misuse. Warranty is for hardware only, software support is available for a fee.I think defective video card does count for full refund based on what is stated on "policy""

"The best customer service I ever had!, These people know about their product and are very fast with their service.The best part about cedarpc is their prices. I have not found a store that offers such low prices for computers that is practically new. been realistic, there are some computers that will be a bit too scratch or even have dents, I mean come on, they are refurbished computers. The true is that I don't think that a scratch or dent would even matter, I will take a i7 laptop with 4g of ram and a kick ass 1g ram video card on perfect working conditions for 400 bucks any day in stead of paying over 1000 retail. Cedarpc is defiantly the got to place for awesome prices, good customer service and next to new refurb computers. Even their new computers are at much lower price than regular retail. "
"I ordered a replacment laptop screen for my computer. After making the purchase, they told me that the screen had a large scratch in it. I cancelled my order and the transaction is still pending in my bank account. I need a new screen for my work and these people were absolutly no help. My transaction on my bank account is still pending after 4 days. I can't use my funds to buy another screen from someone else. Don't order from these people!"
"Cedar is certainly a online store I WILL avoid at all costs in the future. I purchased a tablet PC from them with an "A" rating and with the "certified cedar PC refirbishment". The laptop I received came OK at first but the following day I noticed a chip out of the molding on one of the corners of the screen. You don't notice it unless you look on the back and upper right top side. Not an "A" in my opinion. I soon started having issues with the screen in tablet mode....it being a touchscreen would go nuts and the mouse icon would appear on the screen over and over again as if I was tapping the screen repeatedly. This only happened sporadically and would not stop making it useless to operate unless I rebooted it. With a USB mouse attached it would happen with that as well. It began disconnecting from WiFi sporadically as well. This would kick me off the internet and I had only 2 courses....wait for the internal wifi card to become activate again (a pop-up would signal activity again)or re-boot.I requested an RMA when I came very close to my warranty period because I really wanted to keep this item. After a whole day of no response, I called and spoke to a guy who gave me lame excuses as to why I had not received it and assured me I would be taken cares of the next day. After 3 days I get an e-mail with approval but in bold letters were threats of a 15% restocking fee if they couldn't duplicate my problems. Can anyone guess what their findings will be? AVOID CEDAR PC. 10-15-2010 - I just got e-mailed and called agout this piece of junk they sent me. They found the same issues I found and are refunding me the unit cost ONLY. They pocket the shipping out and I lose the shipping cost to them. These guys are frauds IMO because it was defective out the door and they had to have known this and are pocketing some of the money I spent. I can't imagine how much money they get if this happens over and over again at $20.00 a pop.STAY FAR AWAY FROM CEDAR PC!!!! "
"I purchased a refurbished Acer Aspire One ZG5 AOA150 netbook, and at least on the first several hours of use, it has been excellent! The delivery time was very reasonable (one week from east to west coast), and the item was packed very carefully. This company seems to know what it's doing and to advertise honestly."
"My dell laptop computer crashed right before my finals. I needed a computer, and I needed it fast. I searched online for a computer, and found CedarPC. I ended up getting a refurbished dell inspiron laptop for about $250 dollars. Worked really well for the money. They had pretty fast shipping too.Pros:They have a lot of computers.. they have new, used, refurbished, like wow.... that is a really really long list of computers.Cons:Sorting through that massive list to see what you want.Overall: It was a great experience, I would definitely reccommend this store to others. I saved a ton of money compared to other etailers."

Most places have few products to attact customers, and other things will cost more, but CedarPC, you can be sure whatever you find they offer there is the best price.
