Warranty sounds good (Goodman Gaspac) but the fine print makes it nearly impossible to implement the warranty. I just hope it holds up because I\u0027m stuck with it now.<br><br>Update 9-21-12: Just finished installation and all seems well. Damage was superficial (bent sheet metal)... small leak around the condensation drain seems to be the only problem. <br>Overall I\u0027d up the rating to 4 stars - Five for Ingrams, Four for the unit, and Three for Goodman. Hooked the unit up and powered it on, as soon as the compressor kicked on sparks and a puff of smoke came billowing out of the blower motor. <br><br>Called Ingrams and they sent out a new blower. Installed it and same results, out comes smoke and sparks. This time Ingrams sent me a wiring diagram for the blower motor, and come to find out the blower wiring harness was wired wrong from the McQuay factory. <br><br>Ingrams sent me another new blower motor, blower housing, and a new wiring harness. When the new items arrived they were damaged during shipping and the housing was bent beyond use. Using my old housing, the new blower motor, and the new wiring harness I was finally up and running.<br><br>So, after a few weeks of trouble, and help from Ingrams, I am pleased with the performance of the heat pump. It arrived without refrigerant then they tried to tell me refrigerant was not covered under the warranty. During delivery, Fed Ex had damaged the square to round adapters that I had purchased. But thanks to Jason, replacement adapters were immediately shipped to me.
