posted Apr-29-2008 “Customer placed an order on 4/14 with shipping to Puerto Rico. Unfortunately the item he purchased was not able to be shipped to Puerto Rico so the order was canceled and complete refund issued on 4/16.
We try our best to accommodate customers in Canada, UK, and other places such as Puerto Rico and our friend in the Military (APO/FPO). Customers like this guy make it difficult for us to continue to serve these areas that require extra paper work and fulfillment on our end.”
"The worse company I've ever ordered from. Slow order processing and there's no way to contact them. They do not respond to emails. They don't participate in programs like BBB Online etc. I now understand why. Pay a little extra for good customer service."
