"My experience with Carrot-top.com was above and beyond than I expected! I ordered 180 Mini hand stick US flags on Sunday, 10/14/2012 for a Halloween dinner party scheduled for Saturday, 10/27/2012. I ordered using UPS Ground shippment. Carrot-top, (Melissa), acknowledge my order on Tuesday, 10/16/2012. I became concerned thinking that I should have US an Express Mail method to be sure I receive before the day of the Dinner Party. I emailed Carrot-top on Wednesday, 10/17/2012 inquiering when I colled expect delivery of my order, too which (Niesha), responded back saying it should be delivered on 10/18/2012. I immediately thought surely that's an error on the delivery date, but true to Carrot-Top's word, my package was delivered as advised! Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease. The flags are awesome, the price is right and I love the uniqure Carrot-top box it comes in as I will need it to carry them in. For any future flags I may need it's Carrot-Top Industries for me. With out a doubt, Excellent Customer Service!

"all things were fine, waiting for out of stock orange cones. last order had flagpole truck missing in flagpole kit. they promptly sent a replacement!"

"Web site is not user friendly for placing orders. Also, did not accept my credit card for no reason. There is no problem with the card. I had to use another card. I ordered two items and they shipped them together and charged me for shipping two items. One of the items was a lapel pin and was almost lost in the larger flag pole package."
