The “Bag” that we included is a high quality, name-brand (Lowepro Toploader 50) that is ideal for the camera and lens outfit included in this package; we sell many packages as this without complaint. Never the less, we can accommodate a return for refund or exchange for another bag, if given the opportunity.
This Bag has a moveable partition that needs to be moved in order to accommodate the camera and lens. We informed the reviewer of this in our communications; perhaps they fixed this and are now satisfied with the Bag.
Should the reviewer read this response, I urge them to contact me and give us an opportunity resolve any remaining issues so that they can feel satisfied with their purchase.
Meanwhile, they have left this negative review which we feel is completely undeserved since the reviewer has not given us an opportunity to resolve their dissatisfaction.
UPDATE: On July 11 the reviewer contacted our store and after discussing their needs we agreed to give them a full refund for the Bag. The reviewer seemed fully satisfied with how we responded to their only complaint about their purchase.
I feel we have provided this reviewer the same level of customer service that has earned us positive "5-Stars" feedback from others reviewers on ResellerRatings.com.

"Got the "Camera Package" that includes a "Bag", the package components do not fit in the bag. They should not advertize the bag if all the package components can't fit in it.
