reply posted May-13-2013 “We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this transaction. Given the nature of the electronics industry and the high levels of fraud which is experienced we do verify all payments for orders prior to shipping. This is not to say that your payment was in any way fraudulent but this is a process that we take with all sales. We do contact all banking and credit institutions to verify payment prior to processing the card. Unfortunately in trying to verify your payment with the credit card institution they informed us they do not offer third party verification. Although this is not a situation we run into often it does happen with some banks and credit institutions. Without the ability to verify the validity of the order we are unable to accept the payment. Alternative payment options, such as using a card which does allow verification, are always provided but it is ultimately up to the buyer if they decide to proceed or cancel.”

reply posted May-13-2013 “Thank you for your recent purchase through our facility. We are sorry for any confusion relating to the shipping and delivery times for the item. In verifying the details of your order it does appear that the order was shipped on 5/1/13 via USPS First Class Mail International. Unfortunately these packages do not ship out with a tracking number; the number referenced in your tracking is an insurance tag number traceable only by the post office. The standard transit times for said packages is approximately 7-14 business days, with no guaranteed date of delivery given the fact it must be processed by customs. With that as the case you should be in receipt of it shortly. We appreciate your understanding.”

We will be following up on this concern internally with FedEx and appreciate you taking the time to note this. If we do not hear about it from our customers it is hard for us to try and resolve the issue. Please verify that the contents of the package do check out ok as we want to correct any problems as proactively as possible. Again, I am very sorry that this happened and want you to know that we value your feedback.”
