Given the nature of the electronics industry and the high levels of fraud which is experienced we do verify all payments for orders prior to shipping. This is not to say that your payment was in any way fraudulent but this is a process that we take with all sales. We do contact all banking and credit institutions to verify payment details as well as have additional filters and computer systems to confirm the validity of an order. If we are unable to obtain full verification for a particular card we do offer alternative payment options to the buyer. We hope you can understand why we would need to have a positive response to the verification to proceed.”
