My name is Mike Haldas. I am the managing partner and co-founder of CCTV Camera Pros. I wanted to thank for you for taking the time to post a review of your shopping experience with us. I read every review posted by our customers. Being that you mentioned some dissatisfaction with shipping in the review, I wanted to make sure that you were aware that your order shipped the day after you placed it. The free shipping (for orders over $199) uses UPS ground service which unfortunately takes 4-5 business days to reach Washington state from our Boynton Beach warehouse. For expedited orders (next day, 2nd day, 3 day), we ship out the same day as long as the orders are received by 2:00 EST. I hope that this sheds some light on why it is taking longer that you expected for the delivery. We thank you sincerely for this order and for the opportunity to earn your future business.
