We are normally very fast to process service requests and I apologize for the delay. I am unable to find any open RMA cases under your account which may explain the delay. I would also like to follow up with the tech that was suppose to contact you. Can you please email me directly the details regarding your RMA and let me know what tech was suppose to call you? If you have any email correspondence with a CCTV Camera Pros rep regarding either issue, please forward that to me so that I can come up to speed and help to expedite.
