"I order everything off the Web. This was a terrible experience. Price was right...period.It took a month to get the dishwasher, the shipper is sub-contracted from what I could tell. Everytime I called Buyers Edges CService I got, "oh, here's the mobile number of the shipper, you can all him directly". It was like calling into a deaf ear. I called about 10 times over 3 weeks to get no clear answers or care. My wife sat 3 separate days "waiting for the guy to show", but his word is crap. I called CService again and at that point i realized they are all just a bunch of fly-by-night crooks pushing products without any service or care for the sale after it's over. I think they are just order handlers, there is no real CS dept. Silly me for thinking otherwise. Had to threaten calling my CC company at week four of waiting. Good luck, best to pay a little more elsewhere."

"Very pleased with the overall transaction!!!!After placing the order on Sat, June 12th, I got a call from Victor at Buyer's Edge the next day, a Sunday. I called him back on Monday and he confirmed the TV was in stock and could ship within the next couple of days. He tried to upsell me on faster shipping for my TV with white glove service for about $70, but I declined. He promised I'd have a tracking # within 2 days and the TV would arrive within 7-10 business days. I got my tracking number the NEXT day and my shipping was expedited for FREE. The TV was due to arrive in 3 days (on Friday). I was out of town so I rescheduled the delivery for today (Monday). The men delivered the TV, took it out of the box and took the large box with them. It took about 3 minutes. I am VERY impressed with the overall service and transaction. No problems whatsoever!!!"
"Just ordered a Maytag washer yesterday on line. Should be delivered in 1 to 3 weeks according to site. Tried to log onto site tonight to check order with no luck. I'll try to call tomorrow to see if I can get any info. I'll keep updating as my experience with them unfolds. Can't wait to see if this is going to be a good review or not."
"They advertised the GE washer I bought as having 2 rebates $50. and $75. plainly on the product listing which their salesperson confirmed when I ordered by phone. My $75. rebate has been denied, as I'm now told, because it was only available if a matching dryer was purchased. Now, Buyer's Edge is telling me it's my fault for not investigating the "terms" of the rebate, on another page. BOO, on Buyer's Edge."
"I ordered a high-end Bosch dishwasher from BuyersEdge after having to cancel an order at another online retailer since they were backordered and continually promised to have one shipped to me "next week". BuyersEdge was competitively priced (I think ended up being even cheaper since there was then a rebate avaailable), called me to confirm the order (and try to upsell me on the delivery service and additional items - a minor annoyance but not too bad), then shipped the dishwasher within days. A *much* better experience with BuyersEdge. As a result, after having the the same experience while trying to order a Samsung TV, I will be paying a few dollars more to BuyersEdge since I trust that they will actually fill the order in a timely and professional manner. Hopefully this order will work out as well as the last one did."

"I Bought the LG washer on Sunday, I received an email Tuesday asking to schedule the delivery. Threshold delivery is standard with Manna, but I was nice to the guy and he helped me all the way back to my laundry room. I gave him $10 afterwards. Everything Tony said would happen, did happen. The washer is great, no problems. It was a very pleasant experience. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the $75 rebate on top of the already low price. That just made the whole deal sweeter. "Okay, so after reading the reviews here, I had my guard up when I placed my order, but the price was good and I was in no hurry to receive the TV, so I went ahead and ordered. I am happy that I did.Shortly after placing the order, I did get an email from the company asking me to contact them regarding shipping details. I called back during the hours indicated in the email, and found that the hours were wrong (customer service hours are only Mon-Fri with a skeleton crew working weekends - don't expect to reach anyone during weekend hours for customer service). This was the biggest problem I faced dealing with Buyer's Edge. I noted three different listings of customer service operating hours - one in the email, one on their website, and a different one on their phone message. When the customer service section did open Monday, it was easy to reach the representative who sent me the email, and I was only asked if I wanted to ship through UPS for an additional charge (slightly faster shipping and better packaging to avoid damage), and if I was going to mount the TV on the wall (I said no, but might have been offered hardware to do so had I said yes). The email I received earlier suggested that I add an alternate shipping address to my credit card if the shipping address was different from the billing address - it was, and I had already followed this advice.A few days later, my television arrived (earlier than expected and with good communication from the delivery company). I am delighted with my purchase and recommend Buyer's Edge to anyone looking for a good deal as long as you are somewhat flexible. I say that because I could see problems arising should you not add an alternate shipping address if delivering to someplace other than your billing address, or if the ambiguity on the customer service hours of operation gets you peeved.I'm writing this review solely for my experience with Buyer's Edge, but could also rave about the Samsung TV I received - amazing picture quality!"
"ordered on april 19 in couple weeks manna called for delivery may 5. stayed home from work they cancelled rescheduled for may 10. stayed at home from work. they cancelled. So I called Manna the item was misplaced so I called buyers edge and cancelled. Anyway started getting worried about getting refund after several calls. just a big hassel. finally got my refund june 4."

"When I ordered the washer on 4/13/10, I was told it would be delivered by 4/26/10. I called about my tracking # on 4/18/10 because I had not received one. I was told by Customer Support that I would receive the Tracking # on 4/19/10. I called Customer Support again on 4/20/10 and was told that she would contact the warehouse and have them e-mail me a response. I received nothing from them!! I called Tommy on 4/21/10. I told him of the problems and the runaround that I was given by the Customer Support Group. He worked with me and gave me a date of 4/26/10 that the washer would be picked up for delivery. On the 27th, I received an e-mail with a Tracking # and a scheduled delivery date of 5/4/10 and a number to call to "schedule a delivery date". I called the number (877-626-6249 and was given the choice of two dates for delivery - 5/4 or 5/5/10. Tommy was great to work with and if it had not been for him, I would have cancelled the order! With the runaround I received, I feel that if you want to stay in business, you need to make some serious changes to or just do away with the Customer Support group!!! Being a cautious person by nature and without any first-hand knowledge of Buyer'sEdge, I had some initial hesitation.However, my rep, Tommy, was most helpful, courteous and professional. I ordered a Weber Grill and I thought that it would take quite a bit of time to process my order and have it shipped cross country to California. From the time of order to arrival of the grill was a total of one week.
