"What a great experience. Michael, my sales rep, was courteous, efficient, and so pleasant with me on the phone. Prices were great and shipping was quick and included in the price. Will definitely be returning to BuyRite when I need other appliances and will always ask for Michael to help me!!"

"My call for a price on a GE profile refrigerator was fast and efficient and at a very good price, I work with Michael which was very helpfully and called his supplier as lock down unit and scheduled shipment at the same time, arrived as promised. "

"Ordered a product on 6/10/2012 and was sent an email to contact them via phone on 6/11/2012. Found out two weeks later after emailing them multiple times that they wanted an additional $350 to ship the product to my home. Worst customer service ever! BUYER BEWARE!"

"I purchased an entire Electrolux kitchen from Buyriteappliances.com for $11,000+. I dealt with Jerry who was very helpful in making the correct decisions based on my kitchen dimensions. He was pleasant to deal with and when I had delivery questions in terms of the time frame specifically for the trucking company to arrive I dealt with a Francine in Customer Service who provided me with excellent service as well. I received my entire order, love the appliances and the fantastic deal that I got has me taking way too much time to write this review. Thanks Guys! This was way worse than ordering from you all!"

"Ordered a GE Cafe Range for our new kitchen on 3/18 and it arrived via freight on 4/1 (from PA to CA). Invoice and tracking info were both sent promptly. Inspected the item upon receiving it and found it to be in brand new condition. The delivery person put the pallet in my garage and helped me unpack it and brought it into the kitchen for me where I had better lighting and was able to inspect it. Very friendly. Overall pretty easy experience, I hope the range works as good as it looks..."

"I had an awesome experience! I needed 6 appliances for my house. I purchase anything I can on the Internet since I find the local box stores to be pricey and I don't like to pay shipping or taxes. I shopped the HHgregg, Best Buy, Sears , etc. All were $100's more in price. I shopped other sites, but for the whole package (LG fridge, gas range, dishwasher, over range micro and washer/dryer) BuyRiteAppliances.com was hand down cheaper. I did it over the phone and they were very patient and helpful. They verified that everything was in stock with the manufacturer. THIS IS THE KEY! If only 1 item is back ordered, then nothing ships. I'm surprised at any negative reviews of those who had to wait. Verify stock before you order or expect to wait and don't whine about it! They told me 3 weeks. I called a few days short of 3 weeks and got wonderful customer service. She called the manufacturer to verify status. She verified that they had left the manufacturer and were in route. The next day I got a call from the shipper and everything was delivered 2 days later WG service was as advertised. Check the items. Mine were fine. Will certainly buy from them again. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them. Always got a live person when calling, never a long wait, always respectful and wanting to help."

"Purchased refrigerator from Buy Rite -- Sales man was Michael (Ext. 115)He told me, if any problems -- after the sale -- call him directly on extension 115.Found it impossible after the sale to get any details - about the refrigerator and esp. about the delivery. Michael saved the sale by being available and always having the answer or getting it from a 3rd party. What a guy !!!!"

"Ordering from Buy rite appliances was very easy, we ordered a kitchen of 5 appliances online and it was a simple process. We received the products in less than 10 days from when we ordered. We added the white glove delivery service which was excellent. I can't believe how much packaging there was from all of it. We saved over $1000 from the local appliance store for the same stuff.
It took me and husband a while to figure out what we wanted but once we did- getting the right price was easy with Buyrite. "

"I recently purchased an Oven Range and Dishwasher from Buyrite Appliances and had a great experience. The ordering process was easy, and the pricing was unbelievable. I saved a lot of money ordering through them. I purchased the white-glove service too and my appliances arrived without any problems, although it took a couple of days longer than expected. I would recommend them to friends and family and I would order additional items through them without hesitation.

"Purchasing a washer from BuyRite was a very smooth transaction. From the very first contact their customer service was superb and courteous. The price was great and from the day of order to the day the washer arrived at my house in South Carolina was 8 business days. The sales rep, Michael, was extremely prompt in answering my inquiries; it is rare these days to receive such prompt return calls and e-mails as I received from him. I absolutely would not hesitate to purchase from them again."

"I spent 6 weeks trying to order an lg refrigerator from two other companies and was canceled twice after 10 days each time. When I ordered from Buy Rite, they processed my order and shipped it in less than 2 days and the price was cheaper!
I want to thank Michael my sales rep who took care of my order as well, and the woman in customer service who helped with the delivery change of time and execution and tracking info. Great Job all around. Besides them calling me to push for the review which I understand since apparently there are some questionable ones on here. This was more difficult than anything else."

"BuyRite has a tremendous selection . This made it very easy to browse for and select exactly what we needed. To top it all off, their prices are the lowest we've seen online or in stores.
Communication is very thorough and doesn't leave you hanging after they get your credit card number like many other online stores do. I will definitely buy from buyriteappliances.com again and recommend them to anyone looking for good prices on quality appliances without the hassle."

"I ordered a stove for $650 through BuyRite and a couple of days later I received an email stating they were out of stock. Immediately, I returned to their website, logged in to view my order and saw a link to reorder for $697.
I saw that another reviewer had the same experience.
I called and was told they are out of stock on the item.
I noticed there are nearly all 5 star or 1 star reviews for this seller, which seems strange unless they are trying to offset the 1 star reviews by making their own recommendations.
If you are going to try to buy from them, just make sure you are not in a hurry, call and verify they have your item and maintain careful records of your transactions with them."

"This company is running a scam. They offer the best price on the internet with free shipping and then when you purchase one of their products, they call you to "verify" the order. During the "verification" phone call, they try to sell you a bunch of useless things you don't need such as upgraded shipping and warranties. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY!!! If you tell them no, they sometimes just decide to cancel your order since they are not making much money on your order. I would offer the sincere warning to NOT DO BUSINESS with this company unless you just want to end up frustrated. In my case, they decided to wait 4 weeks until they let me know that they had cancelled my order! Unbelievable!!!"
