"I originally placed an order for a black case with a 450w power supply, but later found a case I wanted more. I had found buypcdirect.com by searching on pricewatch.com, and read their reviews on this site, went ahead with the order. Once I found a case I wanted more, I ordered it as well. When I could not find a way to cancel an order, I panicked a little, and sent them an email, a fax and left a voicemail to cancel my first order and place my second order.
They called me back Monday morning prompltly and they replied to my email. Upon request, they promptly canceled my first order without question, comment or hassle. They also found a billing error and fixed it. I got an attractive 12 drive-bay case with front-end USB, Firewire, and sound for under $40, and great customer service.
"Ordered a 400w Ahanix EX110 case with front usb/audio/firewire for $37.89 shipped. I found it odd that they charged $0.18 more than they were supposed to for CA tax. I put a comment in my order about it, but have heard no reply. As it is only 18 cents, I don't care, but it's still odd. [edit: I noticed someone else mentioned miscomputed tax as well.]
Order arrived fast, and was FedEx trackable the whole way. And they did not charge my credit card until after it arrived. No complaints with the product. Everything looks good.
I did send them an email, and they replied the next day. Not too shabby."
