"I ordered online on a Saturday and was contacted via email from a live person shortly afterward about shipping so as to save time and money. After replying to confirm shipping I received an order confirmation and shortly after that I got another email confirming shipment. Very pleased with how this transpired.
Got the shipment in a couple of days after placing the order and used the SATA adapter cable the same day. Other items as well as the Deluxe BART PE set are going to be used shortly.
