Looking over our communications i do not see at any time when the reply was rude. It was short and to the point. Reply from your paypal linked account was straight forward and anything but rude. Apologies if you felt it was rude. Perhaps if your account was hijacked and we were able to isolate it and report it you may have felt otherwise”

In general the service I received was ok as the company offers very good value products. I received the product in working order and all was well. The product was described very well and my different requirements were also fulfilled.
The only criticism I would have is that I had to chase the order when nothing appeared to be advancing and they replied with quite a blunt/rude email: -
"all email communications via your paypal linked email ONLY"
I did not find this email very helpful. Firstly they should have informed me of this rather than I chase them and perhaps they could have written a more informative email. There was actually a problem with my email interfacing with theirs. They were receiving error messages when emailing me but I was getting the emails but delayed. Once we had gathered this then all was okay.
