"At my last home I installed new RG6 cabling from my cable tap to my televisions. After doing extensive research I settled on a Belden tri-shield 7915A cable, which had much better performance specifications than the quad shield most local retailers were trying to sell me. The only problem was, where to find it in the short lengths (75ft and less) that I needed as a homeowner. Well, I found it at BroadbandUtopia. Not only did they sell the Belden 7915A, they also installed industry leading connectors, the Thomas & Betts Snap-n-Seal compression connectors.
The cables I received were 1st class and improved the image noticeably over the old RG59 that had previously been installed. So, when I moved to my new home, I once again placed an order to BroadbandUtopia and in just a few days am looking forward to connecting them to a new CM-2020 antenna and going back to free-to-view over-the-air television."

Also they delivered items to me that were not mine and charged my card for them. I had to get AMEX involved to help resolve the issue. I should have paid more and gone somewhere else."

This review may be a bit premature, but since this retailer has such glowing reviews, I felt compelled to register my complaints. First of all, the retailer has not responded to my email inquiry of 5 days ago. I managed to reach Josh by phone, however, and placed my order 2 days ago, just after the same-day shipment cutoff time. I called yesterday and he confirmed that the products had been shipped, and I would receive a tracking number last night. I didn't. And the web site still gives no indication of the status of my order. I tried to call again this morning, but no one answers. I don't think anyone ever answers the 1-800 number. I will keep trying, and maybe I shouldn't expect the same kind of service that Newegg gives from this much smaller retailer, but the reviews on this site lead one to believe that they give first-class service. I'm waiting for confirmation of that, but so far they have given me very poor service. "
