However this company needs to take some quick and serious lessons in how to pack an item for shipment.I ordered a hot water pot and the original for the item that you would see it in on the shelf was ripped open on one corner. It was in a flimsy cardboard box with no packing material what so ever. There was at least 1 1\\2 to 2 inches of empty space around the item and the box was crush due to lack of packing support. The item did work, otherwise it would be on its way back. Because of the sorry packing or really the lack there of I will not order from this store and will not recommend it to anyone else.
