They then said send it back at my cost, return receipt, for a refund. We did and waited. They then said they didn't receive it, gave them the signature confirmation number. Two months later, no refund, had to go through PayPal. I would NOT buy water if I was dying of thirst from these crooks. I lost more on shipping than the item cost in the first place and they absolutely ignore you.
