"i returned and sold my college textbook to BookByte.com, had no problems, the check they sent was received on time and for the full amount promised. Overall I would give BookByte a 10/10. I read a lot of negative reviews saying people were not receiving the full amount or that BookByte was claiming they never received the book so I was very skeptical, however, this was NOT the case with my transaction. BookByte did an overall GREAT job and I would highly recommend them. I will be selling my college textbooks back to BookByte again. 10/10!!"
"I ordered my books and they were delayed in arriving. It was because they are shipped by Fed Ex so far then through the USPS. It would have been appreciated it I knew this before ordering. It caused me to go a week of classes without my books."

"Customer Service available only through chat was dismissive. I was a first time customer and my purchase was through a reseller. When the delivery took so long, I contacted BookByte Customer Service who did not take CS ownership of being in partnership with reseller. Layers of no immediate information does not compare to my experience with Amazon and their resellers. I do not recommend BookByte. Rate 0 stars however rating appears. "
