posted Jun-24-2003 “Customer contacted us via e-mail about the DOA, we requested him to send the defective merchandise back for replacement. We replaced the merchandise after reciept of the defective unit. We never quoted him, "no returns under any circumstances". Although the customer did contact the manufacturer prior to contacting us and they requested him to contact us. We do our best to insure that products are delivered in brand new condtions to our customers. If in a very rare occassion, DOA occurs we are more than happy to replace the product at no cost to our customers.
