"I ordered a very expensive camcorder from this store. To their credit there was no annoying accessory upsell and they shipped promptly. This wonderful buying experience was ruined by their shipping me a used camera. My first contact ended with them hanging up on me. My second contact ended with my having to call the next day to speak with a specific person. This person like the others before him tried to convince me I was wrong or a liar. I let him know I had bought this camera before and I know how Sony packages it. Besides that the seal was torn off and the warranty card was missing amongst other issues. He then offered to give me a $100 courtesy to keep it. Not a good option to me so I said I wanted to exchange this camera for a new factory sealed one or a return for credit. We agreed on the exchange although I had to pay for return shipping. So in the end I did get a new camera and they shipped it promptly but I can't get over the initial attempt to sell me a returned item as new. "

They also say that they will not ship ground orders for up to 2 days after the order is placed. When I called to order my camera, they told me it would take six days not 8-10. I placed the order. It was shipped later that day and six days later it arrived. It was exactly as ordered. After reading about all the sites that pressure you for high priced extras, I'm was very pleased with my transaction with this site. I would definitely purchase from them again."
