Starting out with they are an America-based company, they have a complete FAQ and guides section to their website - which is great for people with no knowledge about cables, and extremely good value items and prices!<br><br>I had a question about a certain cable, emailed their support, and recieved a response almost immediately.<br><br>When I ordered the cable, I went through the friendly Paypal service, so I didn\u0027t have to deal with some new kind of checkout interface.<br><br>The $6.75 hdmi cable I recieved, which would otherwise be sold at $80-$120 name-brand, works absolutely excellent. I could have spent $6 more and had THE ONLY American-made type of hdmi cable. However, I also learned from their representative that for my needs the $6 less one would work just great. Sent them an email on Thurs, they responded within a hour saying sorry for the mix-up and that the correct adapter would be sent out the same-day.
