"I have to rate my experience with Big-on-Digital as exceptional. Not only were they the lowest pricing that I could find for all three electronic items I purchased (Projector, Screen, A/V Receiver), but the service was superior. So good in fact, that William, my sales rep, notified me immediately that my bank had accidentally wire transferred the money twice by mistake (I would love to write a review on my bank…). Tiffany in accounting wired the money bank into my account the next day. The service was professional, efficient, and honest beyond comparison. My goods arrived in Canada undamaged in factory sealed boxes with full warranty cards. The shipping charges were also much lower than competing resellers. I was skeptical of the low prices, thinking I would get an unfortunate surprise at time of delivery. My worries were for nothing, as I received everything ordered exactly as promised. I must say I am extremely pleased with William, Tiffany and the entire Big-on-Digital experience. Five Star thanks."

"My experience with BigOn Digital was very bad. In fact, it was the worst experience I had compared with other online stores. After placing an order on web, your company called me and asked for my credit card verification # 5 days afterwards. If it was needed, then it should be done in the next day.
I talked to several sales rep on the phone but it was bad. I was transferred to another dept couples times without any reason. Lastly, I talked to a person, Richard or William, and his altitude was very rude. He tried to say that it was my mistake to delay the shippment, but in fact, my 3 digits credit card verification # was not asked on the web site when ordering. "

I placed a 'very simple' $160.00 order for a ceiling mount from this very poor example of an internet merchant way back on 10/13/04 and am STILL waiting for the delivery 15+ days later!! During which time, the sales contact (William) has given me every story in the book as to where the order should be, has not been able to provide me with a tracking number, has complained that he is only making $5.00 on the sale, etc. Additionally, he has been very rude to me, does not get back to me unless I call him more than 6 times, etc., etc., etc. WARNING TO ALL - LISTEN TO THE ADVISE THAT I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN AND LET THIS COMPANY PISS OFF YOUR ENEMIES AND NOT YOURSELF. LUCKILY, THE LAWS OF BUSINESS WILL ENSURE THAT THEY ARE NOT IN BUSINESS MUCH LONGER......"

"They do not actually have the Plasma TV that I ordered and said that I won't be able to get it from anywhere for another two months (they were right). So, they tried to push some other TV on me. I declined. Also, they claimed the BDI-9960 stand I ordered didn't include shelves and tried to sell me add-on shelves.
Anyway, not a positive experience. The prices are great, but you won't be able to get the items you want."

"I have to admit I was skeptical with my order after reading all of the harsh reviews, but everything for this order went smoothly. Online ordering was very fast and easy, and although the waits on hold were quite long (really the only negative thing I experienced), sales personnel were friendly and NOT overly pushy. My HDTV arrived in perfect condition relatively quickly (12 days), given that I am all the way across the country. I must say I am satisfied with this experience, and would try them again with little hesitation."
"Horrible...company is only set on making money... 1) i got "conned" in to buying a warranty...i called about 30 minutes later and they said the tv shipped...i checked the tracking info, and the tv did not actually get picked up until hours after 2) there are HIDDEN fees (shipping)...i live about 15 miles from where this is located, and still paid close to 200-300 in shipping...a bunch of crap as far as i am concerned 3) i called for info on my order...and literally got transfered 10 times...for a company that stresses customer service, they need to refocus...and stop concentrating on ripping us off for our money... 4) since i got conned into the warranty, they can expect a call from me everyday for the 2nd-4th years so i get my money's worth.
My opinion...save ur money and look elsewhere...u will get ripped off one way or another...my tv seems to be acting up already anyway...avoid this company!"

"I found there interent site very buggy. So, I followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went through OK. The first person I delt with sounded like he smoked 2 bowls of weed, he was terrible (customer service rep), he transfered me to sales (which was MUCH better!!) They went through my order, I even bought a bag for the camcorder, and some tapes. All-in-all experience was a 7 out of 10!!"
