I understand this is one of the shortcomings with online shopping, but I think it's situations like these that allow the company's view of customer satisfaction to become apparent. Also the product descriptions are so minimal and the customer service reps never know details (ie. the material of leggings) and I only realize after the product has arrived at my house that it's made of nylon, which irritates my skin and I then have to go through the arduous process of returning the item and hoping for a full refund.
