"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered a Celine bag in April. Item never received. I got emailed from them saying they will refund to my credit card 5-7business days. After 10 business days, still no refund. I called in and they said they are unable to refund, due to transition to new management. I ended up calling my credit card company for a dispute. This is such a horrible service. The site is still open for more online purchases. THIS IS FRAUD!"

Beyond The TERRIBLE rack

"What a joke! I am so sick of BTR and I PROMISE to NEVER order from them ever again.

The following is a list of reasons why BTR is AWFUL:
1. Their "customer service" team/department is the worst in the history of customer service. They take DAYS to return emails and it takes forever to speak to a person on the phone..
2. Their "shipping" policy takes MONTHS!! MONTHS!! "Once shipped from BTR, delivery will take from 1-10 days" Yeah, OK! That's B.S.!

I ordered a beverage dispenser on March 29th 2016, with an estimated ship date between May 7th and May 12th.. I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER and today's date is June 21st 2016.

I ordered a pair of Valentino sunglasses on March 1st 2016, and it shipped on April 27th 2016.. I emailed the "customer service" department 5-6 times and never got a reply. Pathetic.

Sometime last year I ordered a Louis Vuitton cosmetic pouch which took on average 2 months to be delivered because it was "coming from their warehouse"

So done with BTR! Beware!

"I placed 2 orders on the same day, March 17th. I waited until the end of April when I decided to email them to find out what was going on. They sent me back an email apologizing for one of the orders and sent me a full refund. The second order would take 2 more weeks. Then again, I emailed end of May. So I waited. And waited. And now it's June 20 when I sent a email last week because they didn't respond and they're basically telling me that I can get either 5$ by cheque or 15$ store credit. This order was more than 15$! WHY WOULD THEY NOT JUST SEND ME THE REFUND FOR BOTH ORDERS IN THE FIRST PLACE? They lie to you and take your money to cover their bankruptcy claims! Don't order from this website! You may never see your money again!"

"I have 5 orders that were made prior to March 24, 2016. with one or more items outstanding. Up to today I did have hopes, more wishful thinking than anything else, that I would still receive some of the outstanding items. I am probably one of the people who now can say we were royally screwed, by this company. It's really annoying that after hanging on the phone for over 30 minutes, I was told that I should get in touch with my credit card company. On May 30th I had sent an e-mail regarding my missing items and was told that I should still be able to receive them. I'm not expecting anything now. I hope you will all be happy with the announcement that we will only get a small pittance back - nice people eh?"

This website is a fraud

"This happened to me 2 times that I paid for an item and waited for 2 months to get the item and then Beyond The Rack canceled the order after two or three months with no reason and refunded the money after a long time. So this is the truth behind the scene of this business that they sell items, get the money, invest poor customers money somewhere else for their own benefit and keep many customers waiting for two or three months to ship their items then cancel their purchase with no reason put"item refunded" label on the order on their website and then poor customer wait for another 2 months to get the money back. Actually, they sell one item to many customers and then get hundreds of people's money (imagine at least 100 customers pay $100 each everyday= $10,000 everyday) this is how they make a profit. It is fraud. Stay away from this website.

"I have two orders that have yet to be sent. One from Feb.2 the other March 9. Have tried to find out what is up and just get the run around. They don't respond to their customer service emails but 1/3 of the time. When I finally got through, with my call, I got told the Feb. 2 order I could get a store credit. Who wants a store credit to a store that doesn't send the product? The March 9th I would have to go through my credit card to get my money back. I was told 12 working days, 18 days ago, that a refund would be made in 5 to 7 days for my Feb. 2 order. Now a store credit in 5 to 7 working days. The March 9th order is suppose to have a email sent to me to tell me what I have to do to get the money back on my card. No email yet. Do not use this store. They ****. No product but they will take and keep your money. "

What a shame the page has turned...would be 4 star if order arrives soon

"I have been shopping from BTR for about three years, and have received many great deals including my refurbished 128 GB iPad for a fantastic savings. (I always shopped prices--you can never trust "original prices", not even at "Winners") I have bought clothes, (the odd time a sizing problem) jewelry, kitchen items, books, shoes, etc. I have even received a refund, when necessary, when it was their fault. On the occasion there was a delay, or in fact something was no longer available, they gave me a $10 credit toward my next purchase, offered by email and phone.

My most recent order in April arrived in a few weeks, but my March order is listed as on track, with no explanation. Two months is a bit much, thus the reason for 2 stars...The rest of my experience has been excellent over time. Hopefully I will amend my rating for the better soon.

I am sorry to hear of so many troubles. Hopefully they can sort it out. Up until this, they have provided a great selection for all price points. I hope to be able to continue to shop in the future. Best of luck to them!

They will take your money and not send your order.

"I placed an order with Beyond the Rack 2 months ago. They jacked me around saying that it was delivered to my house. No way!! I live there and I would know. I tracked it to NY and I live in GA. I have filed a dispute with paypal. I called the company many times only to get rude salespeople. I have not received my order and sent them an email yesterday that I assume it is cancelled and that is fine. I ask them to take me off their email list as I want nothing else to do with this company. This is the 3 item I have ordered ( and the others took weeks to months), but I am done with these people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!"

Very rude costumer service

"People please be AWARE this website is not what they say they are THEIR VERY FAMOUS PAY SHIPPING ONCE AND GET THREE DAYS FREE SHIPPING is absolute BS /LIE and even when you call to resolve the problem they will not refund the extra shipping cost. I placed my 1St order on May9 th 4:50pm for $9.99+$7.99 shipping after I received an email from them with order number and another email informing me that now I have a three day free shipping pass I placed my second order at 5:11pm for $170 and they still charged me $35 for shipping I tried all promo codes to have it removed but it didn't so I did go through with me order and I called the costumer service hopping they will refund $35 that were charged. I spoke to Mary Romara she was very rude and was trying to lie to me that my second order was actually placed first and she offered to refund me $7.99 on which I offered her screenshots of both of my orders so she can see the time stamps when each order was placed she refused to accept that I was on hold with few times for long time she went ahead and canceled my orders without trying to resolve the issue and when I asked her to speak with her supervisor she refused to do so. I did reach superior through different way nut two says later still nobody called back. O did receive an email saying that if you place a big order on your 3 days free shipping period they will still charge you extra for shipping. Long story short if you order a pair of socks during your 3 days it might be free but if you buy more stuff it will not be free. You still end up paying for shipping either way. Shame on You Beyond the Rack. You do not deserve to be in business. "

Waiting for Months

"I have been waiting for months for my purchase. They also changed the original deliver date of six weeks ago to "In Status" . The problem is they have filed for bankruptcy and suppliers wont' fill their orders without getting paid. Now their website is down. This may be the end."

Beyond Rip Off - Beyond Junk

"BTR sells low quality merchandise that is bulk ordered from China and sold to you at a 500% markup. It is a Rip Off! Here is one example: BTR has this DiNIJIA brand dress on Sale for $89.99 ( what a joke) the same dress is sold on Aliexpress under a brand called Vestidos for $16.99.

Btw Aliexpress offers free shipping to Canada, BTR charges $10, another Rip Off.

Please Note: The clothing is very low quality as reflected by the actual price and the sizes are tricky because the clothes are made to fit Asian women who are much smaller that American/ Canadian/ European women. Chances are the clothing won't fit.

Also, if you order from BTR you could wait 6 weeks to 6 months for an order, during this time you will receive updates from BTR stating that your items is experiencing delays, it's on its way, blah, blah, blah, and then after waiting and waiting and waiting an email arrives stating: Sorry, the item you ordered is not available. Seriously, It happens 80% of the time and it is very frustrating!



If you do actually receive your order there is a 80% chance that there will be a problem with it, wrong item shipped, defective, damaged, wrong size, etc. and BTR won't refund your money! They might give you store credits which means that you have to buy their junk and go through the same thing again. Not a great deal.

Anyway, whether or not you want to buy it, or who you want to buy it from, is up to you. At least now the consumer knows the truth! Beyond the Rack is Beyond Ridiculous....Save your time, money and sanity and shop elsewhere!

TIP: Save yourself some money and search Google for the item you want to buy before buying from BTR. Chances are it can be found CHEAPER elsewhere, and from a seller who will refund your money if there is a problem with your order. Something Beyond the Rack refuses to do.

Waiting 2.5 months and getting different story every time I contact BTR

"I purchased an air fryer on or about Feb 14, 2016. The shipping timeframe listed at time of purchase was Feb 23rd to March 2nd. After the time frame passed, my order tracking info changed to just saying that my order was "on track" and I would receive an email upon shipping. That has never happened. I have spoken with the company 4x now and gotten a different story every time I speak with someone. I still have no ETA to receive the product. I did not purchase this item at a huge discount. It's on Amazon for a similar price. So if their suppliers are not responsive, they could find a new supplier. Otherwise, they should provide MONETARY refunds, not store credit. "

This is a scam!!! This company should be closed down!

"I made an order on Feb. 13, 2016 with estimated shipping date between Feb. 27-March 5th. At the end of March, i sent them an email to just cancel the order. I got an email from the head of the company or something, saying there's going to be a delay with their shipment. I replied saying i just want to cancel it. No response. I sent another maybe 5 emails to them requesting to cancel it, still no response. I finally phoned them, i was on hold for 20 minutes before they finally answered. The custome service rep told me they can't cancel the order anymore because it was already shipped and that i should wait 1-2 weeks. I did not recieve an email that it was shipped and no tracking numbers or anything. I never write reviews but i was soo pissed off. This is a scam. I can't believe they are willing to have their reputation ruined for $136.47. That's the price of the bags i ordered but they don't want to give me the refund."

The Worst

"This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They advertise great deals but do not deliver. I thought I scored a deal buying a cashmere Burberry scarf. Order was placed in early February. When checking on order it says that it's on track for delivery. Then in March I received a bogus email from CFO stating that they apologize for the delay and threw a 10% coupon at me. Last week I inquired on the orders status and got an email that the item is unavailable. It took me 20 minutes to call customer service. They held my money for over 2 months with a cancellation. Horrible service. Save your time shopping at this retailer."
