The person on the phone told him, HE (my son) would have to buy another one and pay a $40.00 shipping and handling fee and they were not going to give him his money back for the defective suit! I WAS OUTRAGGED!!<br>I wanted him to handle this on his own but, after hearing this I felt like he was being treated this way because he's a kid. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. After explaining the problem, I got the SAME TREATMENT! I told the supervisor,"Why would my son or I call to complain about the product if it was perfectly fine?" Basically,he didn't believe me! I paid the shipping and handling to return the defective product with no problem of THAT shipping amount to NOT be returned to me. Bewild DID send him a new product that DID work and charged him for it. MY VERY DISSATISFACTION was with the almost BULLYING we went thru for trying to buy something from this company! Being a succesful business owner myself for 24 years, I find it absolutely OUTRAGEOUS how you handle your customers! I will be sure to pass on my horrible experience with this business to my friends,family and clients of mine. I would make my employees take a class on phone conversations to teach them the differences between right and wrong. I'll be suprised if you stay in business without doing so. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED!!
