I live in Australia and did not expect to have a virtually live email conversation with their friendly staff. <br><br>I love the ethics of BWB. Old books should not go into landfill - they should keep on circulating and informing, inspiring and educating people.<br><br>They had a pretty rare book that I wanted in stock. Their delivery time was not as fast as other online sellers, so urgent requests from Australia might not work for you. Otherwise, they are now my online bookseller of preference.<br><br>I also love the carbon offset idea. There descriptions of conditions are accurate. They ship quickly. And they package the books well, without a lot of wasted packaging material. (They also don\u0027t use styrofoam peanuts on loose books!)<br><br>My only minor complaint is their descriptions are somewhat generic, such as \u0022book may contain highlighting or other marks\u0022. This description is on most of their books, yet of the nearly 100 books I have ordered from them, only one was highlighted. (When I complained because the text was unreadable because of 3 sets of highlighting, they promptly refunded ALL my money, including shipping!)<br><br>Overall, I can\u0027t recommend them enough! "We placed an order of some textbooks from Textbooks.com on July 7, 2011. One textbook did not arrive 14 working days after it was shipped. The book was shipped by BetterWorldBooks, an affiliate of Textbooks.com. Customer Service at both Textbooks.com and BetterWorldBooks are very slow in response. When BetterWorldBooks did respond, the response was nothing more than covering their behind - they could not provide any mail tracking info but said that USPS might be slow in delivering the package. The fact is all other textbooks placed at the same time had arrived one to two weeks earlier. Don't use Textbooks.com or BetterWorldBooks."
