They called me (5 times) after I canceled my order, due to horrible customer service, and literally begged me to edit my original review on this site and give them a 5 Star rating. They offered to send me free filters, a memory card and a memory card reader if I did. I alerted my bank to block any charges from them and notified the BBB. I know that BPE reads these reviews so..If you call me again in response to this update I will repost my original review with your names and extensions. Don't treat people like assholes BPE. "

"One of the best on line experiences ever. Fast effecient knowledgeable and friendly. I cant see buying my electronices anywhere else. The sony slr camera we bought has been exactly what we needed. Amazingly fast and clear we have taken thousands of pictures already. I cant wait to use them again. "
