It is a total piece of crap.<br><br>The package arrived directly from China. When I opened the package, there was a horrible cheap material smell coming from the product. It still has the horrible smell. There are some harmful chemicals in it. It made me wary of giving it to my 4 year old son because it could make him horribly sick. <br><br>There were two walkie talkies. I could not make them work. There were no instructions in the package. My son tried to put one on his wrist and the strap broke off. The package had about 20 of the button cells, which I couldn\u0027t figure out why they were there. The whole thing was a complete disaster and a total waste of money. <br><br>My son has not played with it even for 10 seconds.<br><br>I did not try contacting BestOfferBuy because I got busy. I did not even get a chance tolook at their return policy. The only reason I have not yet thrown it in trash because of a fear of causing environmental contamination from those gazillion button cells. <br><br>I am never ever buying anything from BestOfferBuy. Rather than selling such poor quality products it is better if you don\u0027t carry them at all.
