"I was a little hesitant for many reasons, but placed the order in the end and am glad I did. Ordering was simple and easy. Estimated delivery timing was absolutely spot-on to the day - I wish European suppliers were as reliable!
As for the product, it is perfect and performs much better than I was expecting. My only concern is the mains plug built into the charger is rather flimsy.
If anyone has a European Canon camcorder, I can confirm that although the European model numbers aren't listed in the product spec, the BP-727 combo is fully compatible.
Great company, great service - other companies should seriously look at upping their game to the high standards practiced by BestBatt. Highly recommended, I will come here first when needing batteries in the future."
