Well look, I can only give you the truth as I see it. <br> When I was looking for my XA-10 from Canon, I looked, called, emailed everywhere. I came across Bedford and gave them a call. What a shock I got when I was address to let me see what I can do.<br> See when the Earth Quake hit off the coast Japan, that was a very sad day for them and the world. Nothing was coming out of Japan. <br> At that time I was not looking for my XA-10. Didn\u0027t even know there was a XA-10. Well there was a lot of things that had stop coming into the United States. That was one of them. No one had one. My last call was to Bedford. <br> The friendliness from my first call to the 20th call was the same. Helping me at every turn when I wasn\u0027t for sure what I even wanted. That even went up and beyond to put a battery that I wanted online for me. Shipping? Just like they said, but one thing was not what I expected. No shipping cost at all for fed-x. Look if you want to deal with some Yo-Yo person, don\u0027t use Bedford. But if you want truth, fast, friendliness and we wont even get into knowledge, because that was spot on with things that I had already looked up, then use Bedford Camera & Video. Look I live in Texas so I didn\u0027t just go drive in their lot. I did however surf their site with no worries.
