Battery Bob himself actually wants to talk to people, even on a holiday, when I called him. He has a small staff for the number of orders I imagine they take. He shipped me a UPS battery in a USPS flat rate envelope, something which no other vendor thought to use, saving me $8. And most of his small batteries ship for free, like watch and hearing aid batteries. My only complaint was that the email that announced he had shipped out the battery came on the day before the battery arrived. But that\u0027s a nice surprise. I\u0027d told him there was no hurry, but he shipped immediately. Battery Bob really wants his customers to be happy. This is how an online business should be run. Great job. Someone needs to write a story or blog post about this guy and his business practices. I explained this in my feedback to Bob asking for application information. Bob took the time to write back and explain the difference between the two batteries. "This man is amazing! I ordered a small battery from him, and paid for priority mail. It never arrived. I emailed him, and he provided me with the tracking # showing the date that it was delivered. That said, I never received the battery and USPS only provides a zip code that it was delivered to.
I told him that I had been looking for it every day, and he replaced my battery for FREE and sent it with signature confirmation. I haven't received it yet- this just happened, but I do have to say he has gone above and beyond in customer service. A watch battery doesn't cost a whole lot, but his willingness to stand behind his product and send it for free means a lot to me and speaks volumes about his commitment to his customers.
