"I’m wondering if everyone else is overreacting with these negative reviews. We live in an immediate gratification society and if you read between the lines of these reviews, you’ll see timing is the issue people are reporting. The lighting and home fixtures industry often has a 2-8 week lead time on products. I ordered light fixtures from KitchenBathDecor and received them about 3.5 weeks later which I thought was completely acceptable. If you want speed, find a store that has the item sitting on their shelf. However, I got the best price from KitchenBathDecor and felt the timing was perfectly acceptable. I wasn’t going to bombard them with a bunch of emails like everyone on this site has and expect an immediate response. The items showed up and I’m perfectly happy with the timing and the money I saved. I’d highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. "
"SUMMARYYou will wait forever for your items.Your emails will go unanswered.You will receive horrible customer service.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!I wish I had seen this site BEFORE I ordered from this company. I ordered 2 ceiling light fixtures on Oct. 3 and waited and waited. I called and was told they had shipped. I called again and was told they would email me tracking info - never received it. I emailed and wanted to cancel order because it was over 30 days (BTW they charged CC immediately!) but was told couldn't because they were in transit. Lights finally arrived 11/7(I think it was later than that but since I didn't get tracking info have no proof - this becomes relevant later) In the interim we purchased another light fixture because there were just bare wires hanging. We did however install one of the light fixtures. So I sent an email 12/8 requesting a RMA to return the second fixture. Heard nothing so finally emailed them today 12/18 10 days later after they said they would send instructions to return in 3-5 days. I got a return email telling me I could not return the fixture because it was over 30 days. Are you kidding me - by one day??? What it's ok for them not to ship within 30 days but I can't return it? So I replied requested a return anyway because only 1 day and because of their late shipping. Haven't received any reply to that yet and I'm guessing I won't!"
"This is the WORST online retailer I have ever dealt with! I placed an order with them approximately one MONTH ago for a table lamp. When I searched on Google, the lamp was about $55 less than other sites, so I figured I'd go with the best deal. Now I see why it was less expensive. My credit card was charged immediately after placing the order. I received no tracking info, nothing. I called after a couple weeks to request the status, and they said they apologized for the delay and that the order would ship the following week. I also received a response to my email inquiry saying the same and that they'd send tracking info as soon as it shipped. I never received the tracking info or a follow up after that. I've sent another email and called and still nothing. Thank GOD I charged this to American Express and they have purchase protection. They are opening a dispute for me against this merchant, and I also plan to notify the BBB. I'm shocked this place is in business and hope all of these negative reviews will warn others and get the site shut down for good! "
"Order took a couple weeks longer to receive than expected and never received tracking info but it arrived in good shape and couldn't touch the price anywhere else on web. Keep the good deals coming. Worth the wait!"

"Order # BKD 122551--I have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (complaint #9816403). I have emailed and left messages for which there has been no response from your company. I have been placed on hold today alone for over an hour with no response from your customer service number listed. Your BBB rating is an F with multiple complaints for similar issues. You debited full payment from my account just 2 following order placement. It is very poor business practice to take payment without producing merchandise in a timely manner. It is clear that your business is a scam. I have placed a dispute for the charge on my credit card and you will NOT be receiving payment for these items. CANCEL my order. I will never do business with your company again. "
"I concur with all the negative reviews on this website. I ordered a vanity top that was not shipped as promised. I was stalled and put off with false assurances. I waited as long as 45 minutes on hold to speak with a representative. Most of the representatives were unhelpful and unclear. 39 days after I placed the order my vanity top arrived broken. I was directed to get rid of it (not have it shipped back) and since we pay for trash pick-up this will cost me money. I used PayPal to pay and was refunded immediately. I filled a dispute right away so maybe that is what helped with the refund. Buyer beware!!!!!"
"I'm going through the same issues as some of the other customers have gone through. I placed an order back on Sept.30 2013 and didn't receive my light until the 29th of Oct. The light and box was very much damaged and when I called to let the company know I was not excepting this light in this condition. They ask me to send pictures of the damaged box and the inside light and I did all of that and got a return label from the company and now that the light has been returned to the company over a week ago yesterday I still haven't received my money back from this company and they will not answer my emails on when this will happen! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY BAD NEWS! These people are very much SCAMMERS and they should not be able to have a business license if they can't treat their customers fair. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY... DON'T TRUST LARRY NOR LEON"
"Horrible company - i have had to call over three times now to track my order. You cannot get on line tracking and they do not send you any info to tell you status. First they said my order was "deleted" and had to be re-entered - then they cited mfr delay and now i dont know what - they are saying it will be delivered today but i am not holding my breath - they said that last week too... it was not worth lower price by few dollars - STAY AWAY - horrible horrible horrible - it is now 40+++ days and i have no idea when my lights will arrive.This is an update - i actually received my lights about a week after they finally said they would arrive - still very poor in my mind but i wanted to report that i DID get them and they were in very good shape - i am now happy but i will never go back. Not worth it."
"This company is AWFUL!!!!! Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Because of their poor customer service, I cancelled my order. Now I am having to fight with them to get a refund. Also, when you ask to speak with someone higher up in the company, they refuse to connect you. It is worth the extra money to shop somewhere else. Trust me."
"I ordered 2 vanity lights from this company. It took 40 days to receive the lights. All along they lied to me. Every week I would call and they would guarantee I would receive them week after week starting at 20 days after I ordered them. Finally received them 40 days later. One light was defective, poor workmanship, and bent (not from shipping), they won't pay to ship it back. Now I have to pay $30 to ship it back to get my refund. They told me they do not have any stock of items, they wait until they get a certain amount of orders then order them all at once at a deep discount to them. Once they receive them, they must sort through everything, then send them to you. Unless you want a huge headache, don't go through this company. I only saved $11 on both lights, absolutely not worth it. SCAMMERS!!!Update...11/9....have been calling and emailing everyday to try to resolve this, no one will even call me back now, or talk to me on the phone. DO NOT order from them, you will regret it. When I did get response at first, they did not try to resolve, just made rude comments at me!!! Almost 2 months after I ordered and no resolve on the broken light I have sitting here!UPDATE 11/14!!! What a joke what they said below that they would fix this situation right away!!! They sound so nice and professional in their comments on this site, but are sarcastic and rude when speaking to you on the phone or through emails, don't be fooled! They won't call me back or respond to my emails anymore. I left emails and phone messages for managers several times and no one will contact me back!! They have all of my contact information! This company is committing fraud, they don't follow their own return policy rules. Please read all reviews on this company, what I am complaining about, there is a long list of the same complaints."
"DREADFUL people - promised order within maximum of one month. Five weeks later, order still at least two weeks distant. Arrogant "customer service rep" - we are busy you will just wait. Asked to speak with manager three times but told "he's very busy" and never heard from him. Forced to cancel thru credit card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- waste of time and possibly fraudulent"
"SCAM! Stay away at all costs! Ignore this warning at your own peril! Ignore the cheap price...you will spend a month or more trying to recover your money, which will be taken as soon as you place your order. The website will indicate that the item is in stock. It is not in stock. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase, but you will receive no shipping confirmation. You will yell and scream after a week or two and no shipment confirmation. They will then send you a FedEX tracking number, but it will show no activity and will remain dormant in the system. I believe these criminals are solely in business in order to have a large balance in their acount from people who placed orders but do not receive their merchandise. If you do this with enough unsuspecting customers, you will have lots of "play" money to fund your criminal enterprise. It is a Ponzi scheme, and you will need to have your credit company and/or Paypal recover your funds, but this takes time...all to the benefit of this scammer Larry Krayzman. Think about that name for a minute (Krayzman - Crazy-man). Don't be a victim. Heed my warning. I recommend sending e-mails to all of the suppliers listed on his websites, letting them know that their "distributor" is scamming people. Maybe they will cease doing business with him. Maybe they will sue him for breach of contract. He needs to be out of business.Think about all the reviews on this site...consider that Larry or one of his agents responds to many of them, yet they do not change their business practice. Let that settle in for a minute. They would rather deal with complaint after complaint, chargeback after chargeback and simply not change their website to indicate that the item is not in stock and they may take up to 4-8 weeks to source your item. So, rather than being honest (which I truly believe they are incapable of because their business model would not work), they keep doing the same thing over and over. Would you run a legitimate business that way? Would you take any pride whatsoever in your work?"
"Unfortunately I ordered without reading the reviews. Needless to say it would never happen again. I ordered 3 pendant lights which did not fit the place I was to use them in, and returned them within a couple of days. I places the order on 4/23/13. They received them back on 5/17 and it is now 10/31 and still have not received a refund. They said they will release the refund in June, after I wrote many emails and made plenty of calls. Now they tell me it shows I opened a claim with my credit card, which is false, and they've avoided me ever since. Said will call back, never did. I wrote emails with no response. I noticed the better business bureau has helped solve some customer issues and I hope they will help me with this. I cannot complain that I cant get a hold of them, since they do answer their phone, however, anything beyond that is impossible to solve. Please stay away and find another place... and DO read the reviews before ordering. These people have so many bad reviews, I don't know how they still have customers."
"The good thing about these guys is the price.The bad parts are:They take at least 2 if not 3 weeks to ship.The customer service person on the phone is rudeIf the product id damaged in shipping you get a lecture from the customer support person, then 2 weeks of nothing then I was lied to that it would ship in 2 days.The next week they finally shipped the fixture and glass back separately and I had to put it together myself."
