"I'm a Special Education Resource Teacher,I purchased my Nook in order to enhance my students Individual skills.The students that I service learn differently than others. I teach KG.,2nd,and 4th grade students who are functioning below grade level.Buying the Nook and over 100 apps or received some free have certainly enhanced their learning styles as well as their ability to understand what is being taught in the general education setting.I purchased my Nook March 28,2013 and I've used it everyday with my students."

"I always go back to THIS store because the support there is knowledgable, efficient and friendly. A year or so ago I tried to handle a problem with my first Nook on the 800 number. I was SO frustrated with the two persons I spoke with that I got in my car and DROVE to this store and got it resolved. Will never call your help number again!"

"I ordered a few ebooks which were delivered to my nook in a prompt amount of time. The only problem I have experienced is that the amounts charged to my account has been incorrect on a few occasions, however, after contacting BN Customer Service, these errors were promptly rectified. My only bone of contention is the fact that there is no support for my 1st Edition Nookbook. I have been repeatedly contacting BN about the need for a new battery, and even when it was under the extended warranty could not obtain one that worked, they sent me refurbished batteries that did not perform well at all, leaving me in a dilemma to research a supplier that carried the battery required. The Few Companies I discovered had either refurbished/comparable batteries for approximately $30. The lack of support carried through in my store visit as well when the Rep. told me they do not carry those batteries & offered an upgrade to what I knew was a lesser model. Before I'd give up a 3G Wifi Model you'd have to at least allow an upgrade to the 4G Model that has Wifi capability. That has made me a very dissatisfied customer."

"I love the B&N app for my Ipad, however when I update the app sometimes I find the updates have more problems than the previous app. Sometimes I'll be in the middle of a book, and the app just closes down for no reason. Other small problems I can't remember. Overall, I love the app. I also don't understand why I can't lend books to my nook friends from the IPad app, verses if I had a nook itself. I think this is a disadvantage to all the Apple customers out there. B&N should fix that. Thank you for your time. I hope B&N takes these surveys into consideration."
