They screwed up getting a glass order to me that I needed for a party and charged me an additional $350 shipping to get it on time. They had almost a month to get it to me and assured me it would be no problem until the week of the party. They are crooks. My next order (I ordered before I knew what crooks they were) I approved the proof May 5th and they just explained to me that I would receive it in 5-7 business days. I would think it could be produced by then and then shipped but they told me no that\u0027s when I would get it. Next they told me my ship date was estimated to be May 25th. This set of glasses doesn\u0027t have the urgency as the first but it just shows they have no idea what the are doing. They have customer service reps that don\u0027t have any idea what there policies are or how to speak to a customer. I order about 350 glasses per week and now I need to find a new supplier because they are UNRELIABLE! Once I came across bargain mugs and started using their very user friendly website I was thrilled with how quickly the process went. Not to mention the prices were beyond reasonable. On average bargain mugs was -$100 less than the other sites I visited. They didn\u0027t have hidden fees the price was the same at checkout as it was creating the product. <br><br>Once complete they send you a proof of your product which gives you the nice comfort feeling that your product is exactly as expected when received. Anyone planning a wedding knows that is a critical feeling. They arrived packaged VERY WELL and they came so soon I couldn\u0027t believe it. I was so impressed with bargain mugs, their product and their customer service I emailed them and asked where I could go to submit a review.<br><br> I do not often take the time to this, but when I am this impressed it just must be done!
