The company delivered the cables without the software. I immediately notified the company and requested the software. I was given a website with software that my Microsoft security system indicated was unregistered and dangerous. LG advised that no additional software was required - it was part of the phone\u0027s firmware already. One of my phones has died after using the Bargaincell USB cable. I Nov, 2011, I requested a 50% refund from Bargaincell and filed a consumer complaint with the California Attorney General\u0027s office. Bargaincell has been sending daily nuisance e-mails to me for the past 2 months, however no response to my request for refund. These guys are bad news. "They do provide a good value and the goods were as represented. Their shipping is slower than all of the other online sources that I have purchased from though. Took the better part of two weeks to get what I ordered after Christmas. I got stuff I ordered all the way from the other coast during the Christmas rush in only a week."
