posted Sep-24-2010 “We apologize for any problems you had with our company. We do extensively test ALL of our refurbished equipment before allowing it to be refurbished for resale. If there was an issue with the system during the testing, we do not ship this item. As for the return policy for defective equipment, we do not pay for return shipping on defective items. Neither do most online retailers.

Week 3 - emailed company for order status, product discontinued, would issue refund
Week 4 - no refund, emailed again about refund
Week 5 - still no refund, started case thru PayPal
Week 6 - no response from AxionTech
Week 7 - escalated to claim, PayPal resolved almost immediately
Don't waste your time with AxionTech."
