"I ordered a refurbished computer from this company, which was referred to me through a co-worker. I was looking for a great deal on a home computer. I didnt want anything fancy so I decided to go with a refurbished computer. I figured it would be ok since we use refurbished at work. The product came quickly. delivered before it was supposed to. I was impressed. As soon as it was delivered, I instantly plug everything up to make sure it was working properly. Well low and behold it didnt do didley squat.... it froze on the bios screen.... after turning the unit off and on multiple times i finally decided to cycle the machine by unplugging. When I plugged it back in, it read a message saying that I had an error at checkpoint[aux].... Im not a technical person, so i have no idea what that meant.... So I call AXIONTECH and speak with a gentleman who rushed me off the phone saying I would be called back within 10 min, by a technical representative who could better assist me. I informed him that I was fuming mad and that I would only give 10 minutes before I was going to call back. Within 10 minutes I was contacted from technical support who put me on hold for what seemed like forever, obviously he had never heard of anything like this before. When he finally did get back on the phone he informed me that I would need to send the unit back, and asked if I would be requesting a replacement order or if i would be needing a refund. I requested a refund. That is when I was informed that I would not be getting my initial cost of shipping refunded, but I would also have to pay the shipping cost to send it back to them. WTF!!! oh by this time I was livid. Why in the world would I be charged to send something back to a company that sent me a defective product in the first place. Its not like I am returning the product because I changed my mind or I didnt like it. The machine didnt even work. It wouldnt go past the bios screen.... not to mention the condition that it arrived. It smelled like it was sitting in a house filled with cats and cigarettes. Online in the product description, it read like new, which was obviously another lie. This is the worst company to deal with. I was not expecting a brand new computer. I was not expecting something that had never been used before. What I was expecting was a computer that once it was taken out of the package and set up correctly to work correctly. And now that I have to send this piece of crap back, I expect not to have to pay for it again. I mean if I wanted to waste $36.80 (cost of shipping to and from) I would have went somewhere else with my money... I will never use this company again.... I will never refer anyone I know to use this company.... If you are reading this first.... please weigh out all of your options first or you could end up spending double"
"i will never buy form them again. i ordered some stuff to build a computer and all was great except the ram. i RMA'd the ram and when i called them to get a rma number, i asked him if when i sent it back, they would send another set right out. he said yes. i waited a week and called to find out that they had only refunded my account and didnt send my ram, then proceeded to tell me there was just a miscommunication and that i had to order some. So for whatever reason i did. then a week later i called back because it wasnt here. they never told me it was on back order.so i told them to cancel it and i was going to ask another question but before i could i was hung up on. then my wife called back pissed (im too easy going) and chewed them out. when she said we'd take our business somewhere else they said "ok, do it". then after that, they called me back basically saying that they were sorry for any miscommunications and basically begging for their record. SO I will never buy from them again."
"These guys are great! They went extra mile to help me on my order. I placed order on the 7th and accidentally ordered a desktop memory instead of laptop memory. To my disbelief, when I called customer service he told me that the package has been packed. He then told me that he will check in the warehouse directly and call me back shortly. In a few minutes, guess what! He called me back and told me that he was able to put the order on hold. He then helped me to choose the right memory for my laptop. This is what customer services all about. I was reluctant at first to order from Axiontech since I have not heard about this company. After this great first service, I will definitely order from them again and will refer to my friends."
"HORRIBLE company. They let me lay down a good chunk of money on a motherboard they said was in stock, then emailed back a few days later to play the old bait and switch "we are out of stock on that one but can give you another one at a good price" GARBAGE. I need the board, and am now waiting for TWO MORE WEEKS before they get it back in. There is no excuse for showing something in stock and taking someone's money THEN telling them it isn't in stock. Awful company, do not use them, do not give them your money."
"Absolutely Great Service! Ordered on 5th and paid for overnight shipping. Arrived accordingly. I am not sure why negative reviews on this company. They called me on the 5th to verify my order and they emailed to me later that night my tracking #. This is definitely my preferred store for my computer parts."

"Unlike other reviews, I had absolutely no problems with my order. I purchased a PWM case fan on October 9th at about 3PM, it was shipped within a few hours, and I received it within 5 business days. I didn't get an email with a tracking number, but when I logged into their site they showed a very detailed invoice with up-to-date information. Thanks Axiontech!"
"I had ordered from AxionTech.com in the past, over a year ago. I had a decent experience, so when they showed that they had a Gyration Air Mouse in stock when no one else did, I didn't hesitate to order it.That was a mistake. I ordered the Air Mouse on a Monday morning, before their retail store was open. I received an order confirmation email, and then nothing. On Thursday I logged into their website and the order status was flagged as "Waiting for mgr approval". At this point, I was more than a little disappointed as their site states orders, "ship the next business day". Does it REALLY take four business days for a manager to approve an order? I don't think so.I was going to email them, but after reading a number of reviews on this site stating they don't ever reply to emails I decided to call them instead. Luckily I had gone to their website before calling, as they have a notice on their front page stating their phone system is down and to call a number that isn't referenced anywhere else on their site.Phone was answered promptly and I was informed that the item was not in stock when I ordered it (site said it was) but that it would be in today and would ship up as soon as it came in. I asked them to ship it via overnight shipping since their site stated the item was in stock when it wasn't. They informed me that I would have to pay for that. I asked them to cancel my order, the representative said, "your order is cancelled now" and then hung up on me.This was easily one of the worst experiences I have had with an online retailer. Horrible communication and rude customer support. I will never shop here again, and highly advise anyone thinking about it to shop elsewhere and save yourself a headache."
"Although the seller guaranteed a shipment in 24 hours for the item in their website, the item did not ship for 3 days. I have send 3 emails to their support but nobody returned. Finally I call the seller and they told me that the item is out of stock and they will refund. It has been three days more and I still did not get my refund.Definitely not recommended."
"Not too happy with Axiomtech.had address different from billing and called them last week before the 4th July weekend to just have the package held at local UPS facility,for me to pick up.CSR said no problem .called yesterday(mon)and still did not ship my package out at which point I had just had enough and just cancelled the order.Tired of incompetence."
"This was a regrettable shopping experience. Sometimes you really get what your paying for. I ordered a Lian Li pc201a case which was to be a gift back in May 18th and did not recieve a back order notification till two days later. When i placed the order there was to be no shipping charges and it even stated it in the invoice when ordered. I decided to stick with the back order since i was saving money on shipping and since i didn't want to go through the hassle of canceling an order and placing a new one else where. June 9th i call back and I am told the case is now in stock and shipping today. Later in the day i get a call stating the case can not be shipped due to lack of shipping charges. So all I get in the end is a 3 week wait and shipping charges to boot. I canceled and highly do not recommend shopping from this site. "
"I found a great deal on an item at this store.I came to resellerratings first to check and see what the service looked like. I was very scared at the 6-month 4.6 rating! Usually I would turn away seeing that - but I liked the price so much that I read a little more. Turns out that the lifetime rating is 8.0 - not bad at all. The 4.6 rating was from only 7 reviews in the last 6 months! If you also consider the fact that when a customer is happy - they don't bother to leave a review, and the company probably gets many orders every day to even stay in business - 7 negative reviews in 6 months is hardly a drop in the bucket. I also noticed that Axiontech replied to all of the credible negative reviews on this site - with legitimate explanations. That shows excellent customer service IMO. With more peace of mind - I placed my order and swore that if everything went smoothly, I would be back to post a positive comment to help them get out of this horrible negative zone.I ordered on a Tuesday evening - my item shipped on Wednesday with a confirmation email from Axiontech notifying me that it had shipped with a tracking number included. I received my package the following Monday (a day earlier than UPS had stated as the expected delivery). I have been more than happy with my experience and will DEFINITELY purchase from this company again."
"Placed 2-day shipping order and paid via Paypal immediately. Two days passed with no emails from AxionTech whatsoever. When the order did not arrive I called and they informed me that they did not have the items in stock but that they 'just got them in today' and that they would ship 'that night' I asked for a refund of the expedited shipping charge and was refused. I asked them to upgrade to overnight service for the same price since I would in effect be receiving three day shipping, not two, and was refused. I was offered a $5 discount on the order which was not even the difference between the two day shipping and the three day shipping. I asked what they could do to satisfy me and was given the same options. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.Horrible customer service and a horribly run business."
"Ordered item 1-17-08, received e-mail to confirm order, and payment was made immedaitely.Did not receive any e-mail pertaining to shipping, and e-mailed the customer service e-mail address provided in order confirm. Came back stating e-mail address does not exist. Went out to Axiontech.com, and page was no longer available. (it is available today, but who knows)Placed dispute with paypal on 1-31-08. Seller never responded to paypal's e-mails (not sure if their e-mails went through). Dispute resolved today, paypal sending debit to sellers account....sufficient funds not available to cover a $24 debit.Suggestion I have, if the item is less then half the price of everywhere else, take caution. I wish I had googled this co first, I would not have used them.Bottom line, STAY AWAY, SELLER HAS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES as well as the fact I never did get what I ordered."
"Apparently they still haven't fixed their email problems. I placed an order on Jan 15th. I did receive a confirmation email, but that was it. No email saying it was shipped. A couple weeks later I called since my emails went unanswered. The Silverstone case I bought was supposed to be in stock; when I called they said Silverstone had just received a shipment and that they'd send one to me directly, with a tracking# the next evening. A week went by with no email, but the case finally arrived on Feb 5th.So on the plus side, I go the case. On the minus side, their communication was still horrible, (for me)."
