posted Feb-24-2012 “Customer was completely unreasonable. Wanted a cable which did not come with the unit, nor was it advertised to come with it rushed out. Also, our order notes specifically spells out "order notes are for tech sheets (for car alarms, etc) and not used to adjust, cancel or to change orders" - this information was displayed next to the input box.
The customer could have emailed us ANYTIME "before", "DURING" ship time, or anytime before placing an order with questions or requests - but "did not"”
"Site was easy to navigate. Product was priced fairly. Communication/updates about my purchase were outstanding. Product arrived exactly as described. Will use in the future."
