"Grom USB2P-HON1 bluetooth Auxiliary Interface with Bluetooth option not working well in my Honda Odyssey 2007 with NAV and RES. It could be my phone, but it's an HTC EVO, very standard, it should not have posed a problem. I don't get any sound coming from the speaker when using the phone connected to GROM in Bluetooth mode, how annoying. Accessing Autotoys help is confusing, the Youtube uncut video doesn't work. I have to wade through a maze to find out the necessary information, and still my bluetooth phone doesn't work."

"Placed an order and had to return it. Read the description wrong and bought an interface for an older vehicle. Of course the plug didn't fit. Immediately placed a request for a Return Authorization. Followed the directions and sent the whole thing back. Wasn't expecting it back soon as they said it may take a few weeks, returns are first-come-first-serve and it's right after the holidays. "Well, I would steer clear of them. I took a chance and basically I expected much more in terms of customer service. I simply asked when my order would ship two days after placing it and was told to expect extra time in processing to flash the bypass. I realize this is additional work, but they do it for free! I replied that it takes five minutes to flash the bypass, they sent me an email asking if I wanted to cancel the order and my order is not the only one they have. I asked if it would be here in a week, well I guess no because they cancelled the order. I did get a full refund however. I was also told I couldn't watch the full uncut video until I received the items. Confusing because I thought paying customers got access to this video, but I guess only when THEY say so.My opinion, they carry little stock on hand. They wait for you to pay, they order the items, and play games with "shipping delays" until the items arrive to be processed. Go elsewhere!I expected a lot better since they've been around SO LONG.In response to Mr. Ho:How I communicated with them? I simply asked a question on when it would ship, how is that bad communication? I suppose it's keep your mouth shut and we'll send the order when we get to it. And as I figured, you have a smart reply just like in the emails. Whatever. I hope your "mountain" of stock does wonders for you because your lack of customer service won't do anything."

"Horrible delivery. My first order took almost a month to arrive after multiple emails to customer service , only to discover my order was " lost". I figured it was a fluke and ordered from them again. My second order is now on the two month mark and I still do not have it. I've emailed customer care multiple times. They have told me it has shipped but still have not given me a tracking number. The final email they sent me essentially blamed me for the delay. Stating " in the future please watch th website for new products being added to avoid delays". Apparently it is the customers fault for ordering something the website says has in stock. I do not recommend them to anyone. Their customer quality control standards are non existent. "
