reply posted Apr-26-2013 “We do not offer USPS 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post services as these shipping methods can’t be tracked or insured. UPS SurePost is UPS’s most cost effective shipping method available and typically takes 1-2 days longer than UPS Ground. Please note that we offer free Ground shipping for orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous U.S.”
reply posted Apr-24-2013 “Ground shipping times vary depending on the distance between the customer and the shipping warehouse. In the case of this order, it takes 4 business days to reach the customer from the shipping location.
Orders submitted before 1pm MST (excluding weekends and holidays) ship either the same day of the following business day. This order was placed after 1pm on Monday. An order placed Monday night will result in a Tuesday or Wednesday shipping day. This order was shipped within one business day and was delivered on time for the shipping method selected, UPS Ground.
If a part is damaged, incorrect or defective, please let us know so that we can arrange to have it replaced or returned for a refund.”
