Customer service transferred my call to the "Return department" call waiting line at 9:30EDT; the return department is not staffed until 8am pacific time. Wasted 20 minutes of cell phone time before I realized nobody was going to answer my call. The staff is really nice sounding, but can't help customers because they do not have access to over-ride the automated ordering system. They charged me twice for the same 3 parts i had ordered telling me that i had replaced the entire order within 5 seconds of the first. Moises the so called supervisor was very unhelpful and very unknowledgeable about how things run in the company he supervises. He then went on to tell me that i would have to call the bank to cancel the extra charges that HIS company charged me. It took me 3 waying this supervisor with my bank for the bank to repeatedly tell him that the merchant is responsible for mistaken charges not the bank. One of his staff explained to me that it is their policy to charge you double then credit back the money afterwards. If i had not checked my bank statemtent i would not have seen that they charged me twice and then once again the next day they charged me again for the same parts but billed them all individually.
