"I'm not sure if I will order from this website again. Although they have good prices for their products - they have terrible customer service. I placed an order on June 13th around 1am and paid through paypal. As was stated, I would be charged automatically. It also says in their FAQ that in stock items ship in 1-2 business days and you will be notified in 3 business days if a product becomes out of stock. After a few days I sent emails to two different emails asking about the status of my order. I also called their customer service number and left a message (during working hours). I never received any responses. A week went by and I was sent an automated email issuing me a credit for an out of stock item. It took 7 business days before my order was shipped. I will admit that shipping was very quick. However, next time I think I'll just go to the actual store and maybe it will be a better experience."

"Product was shipped in two packages due to size (ok). Wrong/invalid UPS tracking number was given with order (first problem). One of the two packages was lost or damaged by UPS. Not the vendor's fault on that but the customer service to get a replacement was horrible. The email contact links worked but nobody ever replied to my emails. Eventually I got an automated reply and a ticket was opened in their system that I could check online. That would be great except they turned right around and closed the ticket even though no replacement was shipped. Getting someone on the phone to ask about an existing order was difficult...either no answer or voice mail. I eventuall got someone on the phone and he was nice and it all worked out OK after that but it was just so hard to get help to begin with. Didn't feel good as a result to deal with this vendor."

"horrid experience - ordered weather tech floorliners. Credit card was charged immediately, even though order was not shipped even after 2 weeks. Called and emailed to cancel order - no replies, and no answer when calling. Had to contact credit card company to remove charge. Order arrived after 3 weeks - refused shipment. Will never do business with these vermin again."
"I placed order on 26 April 2007. I did not receive part of my order. Tried e-mailing twice to get status without success. When I called on 9 May 2007, I was notified that the items I did not receive were being drop shipped from in a couple days. Now, on 3 June 2007, still have not received the item. I was not notified when ordering that this item was going to be drop shipped. I would rate Auto Barn as "Fair". Not sure if I will use them again."
"according to online information, product was in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. After no change in status on order tracking, I called customer service and was told the item was out of stock and was back ordered and it would be shipped in June. I requested cancellation of my order and confirmation of cancellation by email.when I called the next day to see why I had not received the cancellation confirmation, I was told my order had been shipped and my credit card charged. Since I had cancelled the order, I placed my order with another company who ships within 24 hours and my order had already been reserved and has already been shipped. Now, I have 2 charges for the same thing on my card.Also, the Product description did not give color, only a picture. Several emails were sent to find out the actual color of the product only to get all other information except for the color.This was my first (and last)time to order from Auto Barn."
"We had a HORRIBLE experience with this seller. They had an incorrect part listed on their website under the "parts lookup". We ordered this part for our van and it did not fit our van. We called for a return and we had to ship the item back at our cost. Even though this was clearly a mistake of autobarn.com they did not refund any of our shipping amount. They also did not return a phone call to their customer service line.We were very disappointed with the entire experience and will never use this seller again."
"Extremely slow to send out product. The day I was hoping to get my package, I get an email saying it was just sent out that day. Do not use unless you have a lot of time to wait around!"

"I have nothing good to say about my experience. I sent numerous notes and could not get an answer. This order was made and paid for on May 8th and was not notified of anything till today 05/16/07. I would not have minded waiting if I would have been given the respect of an answer to at least one of my questions. You do not have to worry about me shopping with you again. If you treat everyone likke you have me you shouldn't be in business much longer anyway."
